The key purpose of the Alumni Association is to strengthen the relationship between the institute and its alumni by sharing the saga of development and growth.



  • Impart value-based education in the field of management to develop the required skill sets in our participants who are already endowed with strong character traits and well-developed communication skills because of their Army background.

  • Recruitment and retention of a strong, capable and motivated faculty in relevant disciplines.

  • Strong interaction with the Industry and Corporate sector to promote and exploit good placement opportunities for our participants.

  • Remain very cautious and thrifty in the management of finances so that we can offer quality education at affordable prices and be reckoned as a true welfare-oriented Institute.

  • Enlarge the scope of management training by including Management Development Programmes, In-company training, short and medium duration courses and consultancy services.

  • To provide a forum to establish a link between the alumni, staff, and students of the Institute.
